Q : Can I book a reiki healing session as substitute for any medical treatment?
A : Please keep in mind that Reiki treatment should not be used as a substitute for the consultation of a physician or a psychotherapist.​ It is not considered as traditional medical treatment and healing effects may vary person-to-person. Payments are made for sessions and not for the ultimate result. This means that refunds cannot be made just because the pain, issue, desire, or change was not reached.
Q : Can I get a refund if I am late for a session?
A : No shows or sessions later than 10 mins from your appointment time will be charged the full-session amount.
Q : What kind of payment do you accept?
A : Payment options are credit/debit cards, Paypal, and Zelle®. Please keep it mind that payment is due upon receipt and I would not be able to provide any service until I confirm your payment.
Q : What is the cancellation policy?

â—‡Appointments may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time.
â—‡Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ advance notice will be charged a Late Cancellation fee up to the full cost of the booked session.

Q : Which online video conferencing tool do you use for a online session?
A : For online sessions such as life coaching or other services, please familiarize yourself with Google Meet before your appointment. While I am happy to help explain how to use, it is not a valid excuse for a late/no show session. I will process it as such and a refund will not be given.
