Cancellation Policy

(See Japanese below) ◇Appointments may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the appointment’s scheduled start time. ◇Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ advance notice will be charged a Late Cancellation fee up to the full cost of the booked session. To cancel your appointment, please contact me through email. nurtureyourspirit88@gmail.com ◇いただいたご予約ですが、こちらの都合によりご予約時間から24時間前までにキャンセルさせていただく場合もございます。その際は、全額返金とさせていただきます。 ◇ご予約のキャンセルは、セッション開始時間の24時間前までにメールにてご連絡をお願い申し上げます。この時間を過ぎてしまいますと、返金対応不可となりますので、お気をつけください。 メールアドレス：nurtureyourspirit88@gmail.com

Important Notice 

◇Reiki Healing and Access Bars® are not considered as traditional medical treatment and healing effects may vary person-to-person. Payments are made for sessions and not for the ultimate result. This means that refunds cannot be made just because the pain, issue, desire, or change was not reached.

◇Any rudeness, disrespect, misconduct (verbal or sexual), harassment, etc. will not be tolerated. If I feel uncomfortable providing a service during a session, it is my discretion whether or not to continue the session without a refund, and I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

◇No shows or sessions later than 10 mins from your appointment time will be charged the full-session amount.

◇For online sessions such as life coaching or other services, please familiarize yourself with Google Meet before your appointment. While I am happy to help explain how to use, it is not a valid excuse for a late/no show session. I will process it as such and a refund will not be given.
